Payment Methods

 

Melink Automation accepts payments only in the currency displayed in the top right corner of our Online Melink Store (www.melinkautomation.com). The following payment options are available:

 

1. Wire Transfer

 

• Definition: An electronic transfer of funds across a network administered by hundreds of banks around the world.
• Also Known As: Cash In Advance (CIA), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Prepaid.
• Process: Customers receive a Proforma Invoice for wire transfers.
• Important Note: Parts are not reserved until the cash is received.

 

2. Credit Card

 

• Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
• Benefits: This is the most efficient way to process an order. Parts are allocated as soon as the card is preauthorized.
• Process: Cards are pre-authorized at the time of order processing, and the authorization typically falls off within 1-3 business days. The card is charged when the order ships.

 

3. Net Terms

 

• Eligibility: Available to customers who have established a long-term trading relationship with Melink Automation.
• Terms: Net 30 days, allowing customers to pay for the product within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Offered By: Melink Automation in-house or through a third-party vendor.
