Can I cancel an order?

 

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change or cancel the order details. Please check carefully before placing an order.

 

Can I return a product?

 

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the following conditions (1) ~ (3) are met, in the event that the delivered product is defective, different from what was ordered, or not the correct quantity:

 

1. The delivered product has a lack in quantity, differs from what was ordered, or has an obvious abnormality (such as damage or rust) that MELINK Automation acknowledges.

2. Contact us within 5 days after product delivery regarding the issues mentioned in (1).

3. The product has not been used.


Returns will only be accepted if customer support is contacted within 5 days after delivery and only under the following conditions:

 

1. If a defect is found in the delivered product.

2. If the delivered product is different from what was ordered.

 

Returns will be handled in the following ways, and a warranty that exceeds the sales price of the product cannot be accepted:

 

1. Exchange (if in stock)

2. Refund (if not in stock)

 

Where should I send products for return or exchange?

Please contact our customer support in advance to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers will be provided with instructions on how to send the product and a delivery address. This Return Authorization Number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box containing the returned item. A return authorization letter must also be included inside the box.

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or not as described, unless otherwise specified on the product description page. All returns must be pre-authorized by a MELINK Automation representative and must be postmarked within 5 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. All packaging materials, manuals, CDs, digital media, warranty cards, and other accessories and documents must be included. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. All returns will be inspected, and the reason for the return will be verified. Items found to be non-conforming to return requirements will be rejected. Otherwise, a direct replacement item will be shipped to the buyer at no additional cost. If we are unable to replace the item within the manufacturer's standard process (which may take up to 14 business days), the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping charges, will be refunded.
